For US shipping, we offer complimentary FedEx SmartPost shipping on all orders over $75. For an additional expense, we can also offer 2 Day shipping or Overnight shipping.

For complimentary shipping on orders over $75, most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. Once your order has shipped, most orders delivering to the continental 48 states will deliver in 5-7 business days. Please note, inclement weather and natural events may unavoidably delay delivery while the package is in transit with the carrier.

For 2 Day and Overnight Shipping, please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. 2 Day and Overnight orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays in accordance with FedEx Shipping.

Beginning 1/1/2024, we will no longer offer APO/FPO shipping as we do not currently offer international shipping. We thank and appreciate all of our clients abroad! For orders placed before 12/31/23: APO and FPO addresses will experience significantly longer delivery times due to carrier protocols. There is also the possibility that the tracking of this package will be significantly delayed or stall for extended periods of time. Additionally, while we do not currently offer international shipping, APO and FPO zip codes are recognized as US zip codes even if the base is international. (example: APO 5-digit US zip for a base may geographically be in Japan) If you are stationed at an international base, please allow 6-10 weeks for your package to deliver and please expect for delays in tracking visibility as many of these packages will be shipped via sea and will have a significantly extended delivery time dependent on the carrier.

For clients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, FedEx delivery may take an additional14-21 business days to deliver, in addition to the 1-3 business days to package and process your order.

For orders delivering to Hawaii, please expect your order’s tracking to temporarily pause for approximately 5-7 days when your order is in transit by land or sea from California to mainland Hawaii.

Yes! For all orders shipped via FedEx, the tracking information will be provided to you via email and will also be available in your online account.

In the unexpected event that your order is returned to Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, a few errors may have occurred such as incorrect shipping address or damaged label. If your package shows as returned to sender please email Client Care at customerservice@drdennisgross.com and we will be happy to help you.

We are pleased to offer both 2 Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping for an additional fee. Please note, shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Additional time is needed to process and package your order before the package ships. Choosing Next Day Air does not guarantee your order will be delivered the day after you place your order.

Yes, we do currently ship to P.O. boxes. However, please be advised that all carriers reserve the right to extend shipping and delivery times for P.O. box deliveries, so the Dr. Dennis Gross standard delivery window will not apply to P.O. box deliveries. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for P.O. box deliveries in addition to the standard delivery window. Please be aware that the tracking details for P.O. boxes may experience delayed/stalled tracking updates in accordance with the shipping carriers’ policies and procedures.

Absolutely! The carrier may sometimes take 1-2 business days to register and update your shipment status. We recommend allowing 48 business hours from shipping label creation for your tracking details to update. If your tracking still hasn’t updated or is not working, please email us at clientcare@drdennisgross.com and we’ll be happy to help!

If the tracking information for your package shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:

  1. Please wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may be marked as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10PM.
  2. Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
  3. Ask your family and/or neighbors if they received the package on your behalf; Check with your leasing office, front desk and/or package locker where applicable.
  4. Look around the delivery location to see if the package was securely tucked away.

If the package is still not found, please contact the carrier directly to report the missing package and to ask if they can provide additional details regarding where the package was left. If the package still cannot be located, please contact our Client Care team at clientcare@drdennisgross.com so that we can check the status of your package. Please note, Client Care must be notified of missing or lost packages within 7 calendar days of your order being marked as delivered.



Note: Dr Dennis Gross monitors and logs all claims of lost, missing, wrong and/or damaged items. Lost, missing and wrong/ damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days upon order marked as delivered. Pictures must be submitted for wrong/damaged items. Dr Dennis Gross reserves the right to limit and/or deny the reshipment and/or refunding of an order/ item in all instances. In the instance a courtesy reshipment is issued, the reshipment order is ineligible for return and/or refund.

We strongly encourage clients to ship to their home address and to avoid shipping to a hotel/ resort/ spa. Due to the volume of packages received at hotels/ resorts/ spas, packages are frequently lost or stolen after having been successfully delivered. Packages may also encounter delays in transit due to natural weather events which could delay a package’s arrival until after the client has checked out of the hotel/ resort/ spa.

While you can still choose to ship your order to a hotel/ spa/ resort, please note that Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare is not liable for any package that is lost, stolen, or otherwise not received if it has been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier. In addition, orders shipped to hotels/ resorts/ spas are ineligible for replacement or refund if marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.

We strongly encourage our international clients to shop with an authorized retail partner that delivers directly to your geographical location. Due to the volume of packages received by international mail forwarding services, packages are frequently lost and/or stolen after having been successfully delivered.
While you can still choose to ship your order to an international mail forwarding service, please note that Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare is not liable for any package that is lost, stolen, or otherwise not received if it has been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier. Orders shipped to international mail forwarding services are ineligible for replacement or refund if marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
