You may download portions of the Site for your own lawful noncommercial use or to place an order for our products. Any unlawful use of the materials on this Site is strictly prohibited.

Site-wide discounts may not be applied to holiday kits, value sets, virtual bundles or devices unless the discount specifically states it can be applied to holiday kits, value sets, virtual bundles and/or devices.Welcome promo codes and MOBILE15 promo codes cannot be combined or used on holiday kits, value sets, virtual bundles or devices.
VIP Loyalty Programs Changes & Terms
Effective October 21, 2019, Dr. Dennis Gross is changing the terms & conditions of our loyalty rewards in order to improve the program. Changes included but not limited to:- More Points, More Choices. We’ve made it easier to keep track of your points. Under the new program, you will now earn 2 points for every $1 spent on products. We are also offering more ways to earn and redeem points! Redeemable options may change throughout the year.
- Membership Levels. We are automatically converting your old membership to the new program based on your current points earned. See FAQs
- Legacy VIPeel Points Level. There are three (3) tiers within the new Loyalty Rewards Program and placement is determined by the number of points that you accumulated within the last 12 months (October 2018 – October 2019):
If you earned 749 points, you will be placed in VIP Bronze.
If you earned 750-1,999 points, you will be placed in VIP Silver.
If you earned over 2,000 points, you will be placed in VIP Gold.
No action is necessary for you to consent to becoming a member of the new program or to establish your tier status; simply do nothing and your membership will automatically convert and your points will roll over into your account on 11/05/19. This will mean that you expressly consent to the following:
- The transfer of your account information (including any personal information in the account)
- Dr. Dennis Gross may contact you through the e-mail identified in your account with information about your account and with promotions. You may unsubscribe from the all emails at any time (although you will still receive transactional emails related to your account). To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click here or send a written unsubscribe request to customerservice@drdennisgross.com. If you do not want to participate in the new program, you can elect to opt-out by e-mailing customerservice@drdennisgross.com. If you elect to opt-out, your points will no longer accrue, you will not receive exclusive promotions and your points will become invalid.
VIP Loyalty Program
*Must be enrolled in the Dr. Dennis Gross VIP Rewards Program in order to earn and receive points. Points will be deposited into your account after your order has shipped – not at the time of purchase. Rewards only available for purchases or activities made via www.drdennisgross.com.Points will be awarded to your account and reflected in your point balance when your order is SHIPPED. When products are returned for a refund to the original payment method, points will be deducted from your account for the amount of return net of taxes, shipping and handling when the product(s) is/are received and return is processed at the Dr. Dennis Gross warehouse (note: your account may have a negative balance if the dollar amount returned is greater than your current redeemable point balance).
You agree not to abuse the Dr. Dennis Gross VIP Rewards program by conduct which is detrimental to the interests of Dr. Dennis Gross, including without limitation, attempting to accrue points or redeem points in a manner inconsistent with these Terms of the program, or the intent of these terms, attempting to earn points through illegitimate efforts, participating in redemption fraud, or tampering with the VIP Rewards Program. Dr. Dennis Gross reserves the right to add, modify and/or delete any Earning Activities, the points you can earn in connection with completing any Earning Activities and/or any limitation placed on total points you can earn in connection with any Earning Activities. For a complete list of Earning Activities and the corresponding number of points you can earn for each Earning Activity, please see outlined earning qualifications below.
You can go online and view your point balance at any time by logging into your drdennisgross.com account and visiting the Dr. Dennis Gross Rewards page. Points cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
New VIP Rewards Program Member Tiers/ Measurement:
There are three (3) tiers within the new Loyalty Rewards Program and placement is determined by the number of points that you accumulate in a 12 month-period (restarting every anniversary “account creation” date each year): If you earn up to 1,499 points, you will be placed in VIP Bronze. If you earn 1,500-3,999 points, you will be placed in VIP Silver. If you earn over 4,000 points, you will be placed in VIP Gold.In the new VIP Rewards Program, you may receive exclusive benefits that are only available to members at that Member Level. Beginning 2020, the points will be evaluated on a 12-month period, every year, on the month-day of your account creation / anniversary. Points earned during that 12-month period leading up to your anniversary, will determine the measure of your Member Level within the Program for the following calendar year. Once points accumulated meet or exceed the new membership tier point requirements, you will automatically qualify and be entered into that membership level regardless of your "redeemable points balance."
Points are measured in two separate ways: "Redeemable Points" and "Lifetime Points." Your Redeemable Points are the number of points you have available to redeem rewards at any given time. This number decreases with each reward you redeem, and will increase with the completion of Earning Activities. Your Redeemable Points will also decrease if you issue a return on any of your purchases. Your Lifetime points are the number of points that you have earned since you became a member of the Program.
VIP Account/Point Exceptions:
It is your responsibility to monitor your Program account and point balance status. Please note that making a purchase by redeeming a reward coupon code for free product does not qualify as a "purchase" for the purpose of this determination. (Please note that even if your Redeemable points expire, your Lifetime points will remain in your Program account and you will remain at your current Member Level for the remainder of the calendar year.)
How To Redeem VIP Points:
To redeem your points for a reward item, visit the Rewards page and follow the directions provided. Each reward item has its own specific point value as set displayed on the Rewards page.
VIP Rewards:
Please visit the Rewards page for a current list of available reward items. Once you redeem your points for a reward, your transaction cannot be reversed or refunded as reward redemptions are final. Reward items will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be subject to availability, so once a reward item has been depleted such reward item may no longer be available. Additional terms and conditions may apply to Rewards and will be set forth on the Rewards page.All reward items offered are at the sole discretion of Dr. Dennis Gross. You cannot transfer, substitute or redeem rewards for cash. Dr. Dennis Gross reserves the right to substitute a reward item of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. You are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs or expenses associated with a reward item not specified herein or on the Website as being provided. Rewards are considered taxable income and are subject to local, state and federal taxes. Reward items will be mailed to the mailing address provided at. Please note that you may be charged shipping and handling fees as noted on the Website (during checkout) for any reward items mailed to you as they must ship with purchased items, unless a shipping promotion applies (if any). You are responsible for updating your registration information.
Reward coupon codes will populate upon redemption on the Rewards Page. Coupon code will need to be added at checkout. Multiple reward coupon codes cannot be combined in a single order. Reward coupon codes are not redeemable towards purchases of gift cards. The reward coupon code will be applied to the qualifying purchase subtotal, after all discounts have been applied but before applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges.
Reward coupon codes may only be redeemed by the Program member to whom the reward coupon code was issued. Reward coupon codes are not redeemable for cash. Reward coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Reward coupon codes may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions or offers, except for any shipping promotions available on the Website (if any).
VIP Member Gifts:
The surprise birthday gift, anniversary gift and tier welcome gift (for eligible membership levels) may not be returned or exchanged and may not be redeemed for cash. For US users, these gifts will be received with the next drdennisgross.com purchase following the completion of the qualifying activity or event. International members will receive the respective gifts if eligible in the form of an email delivered to their email address assigned to the qualifying Dr. Dennis Gross rewards account.You will receive the indicated point amounts for completing the following activities. There may be limitations placed on how often and/or how many total points you can earn by completing any earning activity, and any such limitations are stated below. Points will be reflected in your redeemable point balance within the awardment timing indicated.
