L-Ascorbic Acid
What it is
L-ascorbic acid is the purest form of vitamin C. It is a potent antioxidant that also rejuvenates vitamin E for further antioxidant protection. It is essential for the production of Collagen Type I (and type III?) to improve the appearance of lines, wrinkles, and firmness. It also helps inhibit the production of excess pigment to help brighten darks spots and uneven skin tone.
