We hope you'll love all of your DDG products, but we understand sometimes a product may not be right for you. If you need to return your product(s) for a refund, please return your unopened or gently used items within 30 days. Shipping and handling are not included in returns. Returns will be accepted on products purchased from DrDennisGross.com only. Products purchased from any of our partners should be returned to the place of purchase.

If you've used a discount code that's no problem! We will refund the price you paid for the item(s) after discount and any applicable sales tax based on the item's sale value.

Shipping and handling is not included in returns, but you can easily return your pre-packaged items via a wide array of carriers including UPS, USPS and FedEx. Always remember to please make sure your label includes tracking to ensure we can process your refund as quickly as possible!

Yes, of course! If an item you purchased with a gift card is not the right fit for you, you can return the unopened or gently used item within 30 days of your purchase and you will be reissued the value of your purchase in the form of an e-gift card.

Yes, you can absolutely return more than 1 order in the same box. Please add a note to the box with both order numbers so that the return can be processed as quickly as possible upon receipt. Please also note both order numbers when sending the return email to Client Care.

If your card was canceled but your account was not closed — perhaps because you lost the physical card or had fraudulent transactions that caused the issuer to send you a new card — then you shouldn’t have a reason to worry. The merchant can issue a refund to your canceled card and the refund will appear on the account associated with your new card.

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your refund. All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the return has been received. After the refund is processed on our end, your bank or credit card company may take between 2-10 business days to post the refund to your card depending on their unique policy. Please contact your bank or credit card company to see when you can expect the refund to be posted.
