Entended Holiday Returns

Shop with confidence this holiday season! Items purchased from November 1, 2024 to December 14, 2024 will receive an extended holiday window.

Unopened or gently used items purchased between 11/1/24-12/14/24 can be returned through 1/15/25 for a full refund. Returning your holiday order is easy. Simply follow the steps here to start your return: https://returns.drdennisgross.com/

Should you need to return an item, returning your order is easy: Simply follow the steps here to initiate your return and receive your QR code or printable return label: https://returns.drdennisgross.com/. Please return your unopened or gently used items within 30 days. Shipping and handling fees are not included in returns. Returns can only be accepted on products purchased directly from DrDennisGross.com. Products purchased from an authorized retail partner should be returned to the original place of purchase.

To process a refund for your return, the provided label or QR code must be scanned by the carrier and marked as successfully returned and delivered to warehouse. Kits, bundles and sets must contain all original components in order to qualify for a return. Kits, bundles and sets returned with missing components may be ineligible for a refund or may only qualify for a partial refund based on the estimated retail value of the merchandise returned. Returned items must be in unopened or gently used condition. Returned products must be returned with at least 50% of the original product or may be ineligible for a refund or may only qualify for a partial refund based on the estimated retail value of the merchandise returned.

Please note, returns can only be processed when using the automated system. This system ensures your return is tracked throughout its shipping journey and is promptly refunded upon successful delivery and processing at warehouse. Any order sent back without using the automated return system and without the accompanying label/ QR code will be ineligible for a refund.

If you've used a discount code that's no problem! We will refund the price you paid for the item(s) after discount and any applicable sales tax based on the item's sale value.

Yes, of course! If an item you purchased with a gift card is not the right fit for you, you can return the unopened or gently used item within 30 days of your purchase and you will be reissued the value of your purchase in the form of an e-gift card.

If your card was canceled but your account was not closed — perhaps because you lost the physical card or had fraudulent transactions that caused the issuer to send you a new card — then you shouldn’t have a reason to worry. The merchant can issue a refund to your canceled card and the refund will appear on the account associated with your new card.

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your refund. All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the return has been received. After the refund is processed on our end, your bank or credit card company may take between 2-10 business days to post the refund to your card depending on their unique policy. Please contact your bank or credit card company to see when you can expect the refund to be posted.

All exchanges and refunds made through a Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare authorized retail partner must be made directly through the original authorized retailer. We will not have access to your transaction and/or financial information for purchases made outside of drdennisgross.com.
