  • Returns
    FREE SHIPPING $75+. EASY RETURNS.

    If you need to return your product(s) for a refund, please do so within 14 days. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds. Returns will be accepted on products purchased from drdennisgross.com only. Products purchased from any of our partners should be returned to the place of purchase.

    Please repackage the merchandise and return via ground UPS or USPS insured to:

    Please send an email to clientcare@drdennisgross.com with your name, address, phone number, items to be returned with an explanation, web order invoice #, and the tracking number of the package so that we may expedite the process for you.
  • Shipping
    For orders that are shipped in the US, you will be given a choice between FedEx Standard Shipping, FedEx Ground, FedEx 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and FedEx Next Day Air.

    All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon the availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. For all orders shipped via FedEx, the tracking information will be provided to you via email and in your online account when available. We do not ship to PO Boxes, to APO addresses, or to FPO address. We ship to select countries outside the US only.

    No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Our site automatically computes shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket, and upon checkout will prompt you to choose the method of FedEx delivery you wish.

    Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it, choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. Also, FedEx Ground delivery time for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    Delivery times vary depending on the Borderfree store you are purchasing from, the shipping address on the order, and the available shipping options. At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery timeframe for each available shipping option before you submit your order.

    CAN I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY HOME ADDRESS?
    Yes, Borderfree will ship your order to the shipping address you enter at checkout, which can be any international destination supported by the store you are purchasing from.

    ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT CANNOT SHIP TO MY COUNTRY BECAUSE THEY ARE RESTRICTED?
    If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States/United Kingdom or imported into your destination country selection, Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process.
